Successful people Vs Unsuccessful People

Over the last 10 years, when I look at those successful and unsuccessful people around me, they exhibited the same and common traits. It's strange yet it's so true. These are the traits I had observed ( on the "left" are the traits of successful people, versus the "right" on the unsuccessful people )

1. Embrace Change    vs Fear Change

2. Forgive People       vs Hold Grudge

3. Show Humility.      vs Mr Know it All

4. Accept 

    Responsibility 

    for their Failures.   vs  Blame Others For Their Failures

5. Have a sense of

    Gratitude               vs Have a sense of Entitlement 

6. Talk about             vs Talk about People
